Slated for completion by November 2024, the single-story project is being developed by LNMT Tree Farm LLC, who purchased the 3.38-acre site for $3.8 million in September 2021.

The first wave of tenants has already been secured, and they promise to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Chipotle Mexican Grill will be opening its fourth location in Collier County, complete with a drive-thru – the first of its kind in the area.

Joining Chipotle will be Cava, a popular Mediterranean grill, Riko’s Pizza, known for its signature spicy “Hot Oil Pizza,” and The Drip Bar, the fastest-growing IV therapy franchise in the United States. Encore Nail & Spa will also be setting up shop, occupying a 1,550-square-foot unit.

The project’s strategic location, nestled between ALDI grocery store and CVS pharmacy, is sure to attract a steady stream of foot traffic. Additionally, the recent construction of Addison Place and Mark Lane apartments, as well as the arrival of Chick-fil-A, Dental Care at Addison Place, LinTree Medical Plaza, and Public Storage, have further bolstered the area’s appeal The development is still actively seeking retail stores, professional offices, and health and wellness services to fill the remaining prime leasing opportunities.  With its diverse tenant mix, convenient location, and modern design, Tree Farm Plaza is poised to become a vibrant hub for the North Naples community.
