The famous resort’s major refurbishment and extension, which started in 2021, will bring the visitor experience to a new level when The Ritz-Carlton, Naples reopens on July 6th, 2023. The storied hotel on Florida’s Gulf Coast will introduce the Vanderbilt Tower, which includes a sizable new Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, more than 70 club-level guestrooms, a renovated resort lobby, and three new dining options. In addition to undergoing major renovations to each of the 474 guest rooms and suites, the resort’s redesigned outside areas now feature new pools, cabanas, and bungalows.

As we get ready for our first visitors to check in at our new resort this July, we are happy to announce our opening date and look forward to welcome back our Ladies and Gentlemen, said Ritz-Carlton Area General Manager Mark Ferland. We believe that our newest additions will surpass expectations. “Our goal was to create an even more exceptional guest experience.”

More than 95% of the management team and 80% of the hourly Ladies and Gentlemen are expected to return for the reopening at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. To support both The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Tiburon, the resort is also hiring more than 300 Ladies and Gentlemen. On the company website, https://careers.marriott.com/the-ritz-carlton-careers/, potential employees can find more details and a list of benefits.

The installation of the Vanderbilt Tower, the resort’s Club Level tower with enhanced furnishings and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, is a significant highlight of the refurbishment. The new Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, which offers a dedicated full-service bar, a media room, special programming, and five daily gourmet presentations, is the gem of the new tower.

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples has a lavish lobby bar that was inspired by decades of celebrations as part of its freshly designed check-in experience. A menu of more than fifty carefully chosen champagnes and sparkling wines is available at the bar, which also includes a Signature Champagne Tasting Experience created by Master Sommelier Elyse Lambert.

Foodies will swoon over the three brand-new eating options accessible to visitors, including Sofra, a new restaurant that emphasizes vegetables and is modeled after the sharing, savory meals of the Eastern Mediterranean. A wide range of coffees prepared from hand-picked beans chosen in collaboration with a third-generation roasting family will also be offered for the first time by Moka. The Grill and Gumbo Limbo, two popular eateries at the resort, will be further complemented by a third restaurant concept, which will be unveiled later this year.

A resort pool for families, an adult pool, a lap pool, and a hot tub are among the updated poolside amenities that guests can take use of. Ten fully enclosed, air-conditioned bungalows with cascading doors offer the height of luxury and relaxation poolside, each with a private bath, television, and entertainment system, as well as a service bar for drinks. The pool area will also gain ten cabanas, each with plush seats, ceiling fans, and televisions, making them opulent bases for outdoor leisure.

Finally, each of the resort’s 474 bedrooms and suites has undergone an upgrade with a design that celebrates the resort’s history of coastal refinement while also radiating a casual elegance and timelessness. With the addition of more than 60 suites, the five-star resort can now accommodate groups and leisure guests in more than 90 multi-room suites, including Royal Suites with three bedrooms and baths. These accommodations are ideal for families and prolonged stays.

The iconic coastal luxury experience, sunsets at Gumbo Limbo, and the unrivaled level of service and hospitality provided by the Ladies and Gentlemen of The Ritz-Carlton are just a few of the core experiences and traditions that guests can expect to find at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples upon its reopening.
