The first Ritz-Carlton-branded private villas have broken ground in Naples, Florida. With an idyllic setting flanked to the west by Vanderbilt Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and to the north by Vanderbilt Lagoon. The Residences are slated for delivery in 2026 and will feature a limited collection of just 128 estate-like dwellings and penthouses, as well as over 50,000 SF of amenities spread across five boutique buildings. More than half of the units in the lush, six-acre complex, which the Naples-based STOCK complex is developing, have already sold, bringing the total pre-construction sales to $300 million.

“This is a historic moment for us,” stated STOCK Development CEO Brian Stock. “Our dream for this project has been meticulously developed and perfected over many years, so to be celebrating this latest accomplishment, propelling us forward, is an overwhelming source of pride. The fantastic response from homebuyers demonstrated that global interest was skyrocketing even before we started digging. Savvy customers understand that what we are doing here, in the midst of one of Naples’ most beloved villages, will provide a unique chance for elegant, Gulf-front living.”

The pristine beauty all around the residences served as a unique source of inspiration for the buildings’ architecture and designs. The globally recognized interior designer Cristian Pinedo of SUSURRUS, Booth Design Group, J.R. Evans Engineering, and Curts Gaines Hall Jones (CGHJ) Architects, all worked with STOCK to create the haven-like refuge. Suffolk is the well-known general contractor around the nation.

Penthouses, Grand Penthouses (which start at $3.7 million), and three, four, and five-bedroom properties will all be available at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples. Large terraces, modern European-style kitchens and bathrooms, Cambria quartz countertops, 10 to 12-foot ceilings, Wolf and Sub-Zero equipment, porcelain and wood flooring, and private elevator entrances are just a few of the outstanding features of the accommodations.

A 22-slip marina, a lush park with walking trails, a putting green, and covered pavilions are among the many unique amenities. Another highlight is The Vanderbilt Club, an amazing 28,000-square-foot club featuring a Grand Owner’s atrium and lobby lounge, a private restaurant, a business center, a coffee lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service spa.

Among the additional amenities are rooftop lounges, a kids’ area, a teen room equipped with a Formula 1 simulator, and a club lounge featuring a private cinema and golf simulator. Furthermore, there will be 22,000 square feet of outdoor features, such as a lap pool, resort-style pool, cabana suites, and fire pits, included in the project. Additionally, the Residences are situated exactly between the two Ritz-Carlton hotels that currently exist in Naples, which are around three miles apart.
