Pulte purchased 87 lots in a high-end neighborhood in Naples.

For its estate homebuilding division, Pulte Homes has purchased 87 plots in a Naples, Florida, gated community that features a lake and other amenities.

Land in Caymas, a new community by Stock Development on Collier Boulevard between Interstate 75 and U.S. 41, was purchased by a national homebuilder. The purchase price was not made public.

According to a press release, Caymas homebuyers will have access to brand-new luxury estate floor plans from Pulte Homes, a division of Atlanta-based PulteGroup. Locations for these contemporary one- and two-story dwellings will be close to the community’s expansive 18-acre lakefront amenity campus. The Pulte display homes are scheduled to break ground in the spring and be finished in time for the start of sales in the fall.

According to the press release, Caymas features a beach-entry resort pool, a lap pool and a water aerobics pool, and a clubhouse that is “immaculate grand” with views of a large lake.

A poolside cafe and bar, private dining, and game rooms with billiards, foosball, and a golf simulator will all be available at the clubhouse. The modern fitness center will include a separate space for aerobics as well as saunas and locker rooms.
