New Restaurants to Watch: Naples Openings, Moves, and Buildouts

Naples continues to see steady restaurant growth heading into season, with notable new concepts downtown along Fifth Avenue and multiple kitchens under construction in East Naples. Here’s a straightforward roundup of what opened, what moved, and what’s coming.
📍 837 Fifth Avenue South
⏰ Opened: Late November 2025
Prime Social Reserve brings something Naples hasn’t had before: a true rooftop dining and lounge experience on Fifth Avenue South. It’s operated by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants — the same group behind Del Mar and Ocean Prime — and runs on a reservation-only model.
The space delivers three formats in one:
Lounge seating
Full dining room
Rooftop terrace
Expect curated cocktails, elevated small plates, and a private club energy. This is upscale, dress-up Naples, with Fifth Avenue skyline views and an exclusive feel that basically guarantees demand all season.
🍷 The Supper Club — Vintage dining room with prix-fixe menus
📍 2355 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Suite 158 — Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt
⏰ Opened: November 25, 2025
The Supper Club relocated into a new 2,200-sq-ft space in North Naples and reopened with a prix-fixe tasting menu format, wine pairings, and intimate dinner service.
The design is a major part of the experience:
Crushed red velvet walls and drapes
Vintage lounge lighting
A room designed to feel immersive, moody, and theatrical
The kitchen is led by Chef-Partner Brooke Kravetz and Chef de Cuisine Sophia Kiasi. Patrons should expect multi-course menus, limited seating, and reservations that will likely book out quickly during January–March.
🥩 Tulia Italian Steak — Wood-grilled steaks, handmade pasta, and old-school atmosphere
📍 365 Fifth Avenue South, Naples
⏰ Opened: Early November 2025
Award-winning Naples chef Vincenzo Betulia introduced Tulia Italian Steak — a hybrid of classic American steakhouse and Italian coastal cooking — in the former space of The French Brasserie.
Steak program
USDA Prime
Australian Wagyu
Japanese Wagyu
Bistecca alla Fiorentina over a wood grill
Cuts include porterhouse, New York strip, and filet mignon.
Lobster ravioli
Short rib agnolotti del plin
Rigatoni alla carbonara
Veal “parmigiana”
Seasonal Gulf seafood
Design
The interior reads 1950s–60s steakhouse with Naples coastal upgrades:
Crystal chandeliers
Black Dekton stone bar
Victorian damask wallpaper
Bronze accents
Long banquette and Persian rugs
Music ranges from Sinatra to Led Zeppelin — designed to feel alive and comfortable, not stiff. Outdoor seating remains under the iconic live oak tree from The French, with plantings planned to create an Italian courtyard feel.
🌮 Que Chilero — Guatemalan street food at former Mother Truckers site
📍 4811 Tamiami Trail East, East Naples
⏰ Target opening: Late 2025 / early 2026
Owners Ana and Lesly Ovalle are converting the old Mother Truckers Café into a full kitchen with a hood, fire suppression system, and grill line. The county required their “coming soon” sign to come down while they handle final permitting.
Expect Guatemalan comfort food, including:
Shucos (steak + sausage + avocado street sandwiches)
Grilled items
Fried specialties
Family recipes from their former lunch truck
CO application is in progress. Build-out is ongoing.
🇻🇳🇫🇷 Saigon To Paris — French/Vietnamese crepes, bakery, cocktails
📍 Promenade Plaza — Airport-Pulling & Estey
⏰ Target opening: Mid-December 2025
The second Saigon To Paris brings crepes, pho, banh mi, French pastries, and a full bar + cocktail program to a redeveloped 2,800 sq ft space. Owner Danny Tham is expanding the concept after refreshing the original location earlier this fall.
Expect:
20+ sweet and savory crepes
French comfort dishes
Vietnamese staples
Coffee/tea bar and café seating
A strong addition to an already loaded little plaza of global dining spots.
🇮🇹 Casa Cotzelli — Local chefs opening second location
📍 Former BurgerFi — Shops at Eagle Creek, US 41 & Collier Blvd
⏰ Target opening: Jan 2026
Run by Naples veterans Gabriele Cotza (kitchen) and Filippo Butelli (front of house), Casa Cotzelli built a loyal following in Island Walk with house-made pasta and classic Northern Italian plates. Their new location transforms a fast-casual footprint into a sit-down restaurant with a bar.
🍦 DQ Grill & Chill — Drive-thru coming to East Trail
📍 4535 Tamiami Trail East
⏰ Target opening: December 8, 2025
A straightforward new national entry — burgers, fries, and soft serve — filling a drive-thru gap near Lakewood Blvd.
