Naples Ritz-Carlton Residences are nearly 60% Sold

The most renowned success story in Naples and its magnificent new beachfront address never cease to astound wealthy homebuyers across the globe. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples, has nearly achieved the 60% sold mark since its formal launch at the beginning of the year, translating to over $300 million in pre-construction sales. The amazing accomplishment is proof of the project’s elegance and creativity, which are set to change the definition of what it means to live opulently on the Gulf Coast.
Owners will have access to every comfort and convenience possible in a collection of just 128 residences and penthouses. Apart from the highly sought-after Vanderbilt Beach access and personalized concierge services, The Residences will also feature over 50,000 square feet of lavish amenities overseen by The Ritz-Carlton, an uncommon feature that distinguishes the upscale community from other premium real estate options. STOCK Residences, the luxury condominium division of the nationally renowned Naples-based STOCK Development, is in charge of The Residences, contributing to the project’s unique appeal.
According to Brian Stock, CEO of STOCK Development, “This is brand-new construction in a highly favored waterfront location where there is virtually no opportunity to buy new—or build new, for that matter. This is the ultimate homestead for those buyers looking for that perfect blend of new, waterfront, and branded world-class services in the heart of Naples.”
There will be an abundance of options for leisure and entertainment, including the stunning 28,000-square-foot Vanderbilt Club, a private full-service spa, a full-service marina, resort-style pools with cabana suites and fire pits, an expansive fitness center, a cozy theater, and rooms for kids and teenagers.
“STOCK is the best when it comes to luxury lifestyle amenities, so our partnership with the amazing Ritz-Carlton brand couldn’t be a better pairing,” Stock said. “We have carefully developed this project over many years, and The Ritz-Carlton will provide a wide range of ultra-luxury services for it. Year-round, residents will experience the feeling of being on vacation.”
Situated at the highly desirable intersection of Gulf Shore Drive and Vanderbilt Beach Road, the development will feature five boutique buildings housing homes and penthouses. These buildings will include two 12-story towers named the Tower Residences, offering views of both the Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico; two mid-rise buildings named the Bay Residences, featuring views of the Lagoon and a 22-slip marina; and a fifth mid-rise building named the Park Residences, which will be next to a private park.
The gorgeous six-acre property is now under construction, with delivery scheduled for 2026.
“We feel privileged that customers are placing their faith in our business,” Stock continued. “We are a family-run business that was founded in our hometown and has established a two-decade reputation for award-winning quality. We are aware of the unique characteristics of Naples and the surrounding Southwest Florida areas. In addition to being known for being the best luxury homebuilder in the region, STOCK is also well-known for its upscale lifestyle features. You will receive the best of the best here.”
Unique designs created by a group of leading architects will be on display for the duration of the project. Together, landscape architecture firm Booth Design Group, interior designer Cristian Pinedo of SUSURRUS, and Curts Gaines Hall Jones (CGHJ) Architects have created the perfect haven-like setting that will be cherished for many generations to come.
“This project is an excellent example of how ‘geometries’ and nature can combine to create something truly remarkable,” stated Pinedo, whose renowned interior design portfolio includes projects for The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, and the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto in Japan. “The sculpted cube-shaped buildings and flowing façade, masterfully designed by CGHJ Architects, determine the interior “language” that we have used. We put a lot of effort into integrating nature throughout and coordinating the interior designs with the existing architecture.”
Currently, the starting price for a three-, four-, or five-bedroom home is $3.7 million. Expansive patios, modern European-style kitchens and bathrooms, Cambria quartz countertops, 10 to 12-foot ceilings, Wolf and Sub-Zero equipment, wood and porcelain flooring, and private elevator entrances are all features of the homes and penthouses. Acclaimed for its unique luxury homes and features, STOCK has received numerous accolades for its superb craftsmanship, premium features and finishes, and unparalleled attention to detail.
A private park with walking trails, a putting green, covered pavilions, and a club lounge with a golf simulator are among the notable features of the Vanderbilt Club, which will also have a Grand Owner’s atrium, lobby lounge, business center, and coffee lounge.
Visitors are being admitted to the Residences’ sales gallery for individual previews. The exquisite room, which is located at 2355 Vanderbilt Beach Rd., Suite 106, is providing potential purchasers with a concrete image of how living in this opulent offering will feel and look, along with the exceptional care that owners will experience. There are sections all over the place that mimic the living quarters in the actual homes, including a mock kitchen. A scale model is also included, which highlights the development’s enormity and breadth, as well as its unmatched views of the water and shoreline.
