Naples has once again solidified its reputation as a luxury real estate destination, ranking #9 nationally among the most expensive single-family home markets in the United States, according to the National Association of Realtors®.

In the first quarter of 2025, the Naples-Marco Island region reported a median sales price of $865,000, reflecting a 1.8% increase year-over-year. This makes Naples the only East Coast city to appear in the top 10, which is otherwise dominated by high-priced markets in California.
