Developers begin 15-story downtown Naples high-rise.

Development Partners International LLC, managed by Naples locals Fred Pezeshkan and Jerry Starkey, has started construction of a 15-story high-rise in downtown Naples. Aura at Metropolitan Naples, located at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard, will have 56 apartments, including two-bedroom-plus-den units and four-bedroom designs.

These homes, which range in size from 1,890 to 6,335 square feet, are priced between $2 million and more than $7 million, according to a recent article by Gulfshore Business. A sky pool, fitness center, and yoga studio, a fifth-floor residents lounge, an on-site business center, conference room, outdoor kitchen, grilling area, fire pits, and a putting green will be among the amenities available.
