An update on Naples luxury development Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts

On March 22, the Naples City Council gave its unanimous approval to a request made by the developers behind the Naples ocean Club to make some changes to the site plan for the ocean side residences that will be included in the redevelopment. The alterations, which were authorized by the city council, will lower the population density of the residential areas by lowering the number of units, will provide improved “view corridors” to the Gulf of Mexico, and will cut down on traffic. The landmark Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club will undergo a transformation as part of the one billion dollar redevelopment project, which will include the addition of a hotel managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as well as up to 185 luxury condominiums. In the month of April, the City Council will discuss potential alterations to the 126-acre project’s market and convention center components.
